Yuca a la huancaína: steamed cassava with a mild cheese and chili sauce.
Causa: terrine of mashed potatoes and very mild chili pepper, stuffed with tuna, onions, tomatoes, and avocado.

Pollo a la brasa clásico: roast chicken served with fries and a small mixed salad.
Mostrito: roast chicken with arroz chaufa de pollo, a medley of wok-fried rice with chicken breast, Peruvian “choclo” corn, fried plantains, omelet, and Thai onion in soy sauce.
Tallarines verdes con pollo a la brasa: roast chicken with pasta in a spinach and Peruvian basil sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese.
